What we collect

When you send the consultation form or call us, we keep what you give us — name, contact details, and what you told us about your land and project — so we can call you back and prepare for a site walk. Nothing more is collected behind the scenes: this site sets no advertising trackers and no analytics cookies.

What we do with it

We use your information to respond to you, plan your project, and keep records the law requires a licensed contractor to keep. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone outside the crew and the engineers and arborists working on your project.

Keeping and deleting it

Project records are kept for the life of the structure — a future owner may need the drawings. Inquiry records for projects that never happen are deleted within a year. Email us at hello@canopyandbeam.com to see or delete what we hold about you.
